of me ARTHUR BROWNLOW of The Bell Public House Uxbridge Road Ealin_ in the
County of
Middlesex licensed Victualler I revoke all wills and testamentary
dispositions heretofore
made by me and I declare this to be my last Will
and Testament I direct all my just
debts and funeral and testamentary
expenses to be paid I give and bequeth all my per-
sonal estate and
effects including therein all that the Policy of Assurance on my life
for
the sum of one thousand pounds in the West of England Life Assurance Company and
all that the goodwill and benefit of the business of a Licensed Victualler which
I am
now carrying on at The Bell aforesaid or of any other business which I
way be carrying
on at the time of my decease and also all my capital and
all my stock in trade property
and effects which shall be employed in such
business and also all other my estate and
effects whatsoever and
wheresoever they may be and whether in possession reversion or
expectancy
unto my wife Florence Annie to have and to hold the same and the interest
profits and income accruing therefrom so long as she shall remain my widow and
if she
shall marry again then I give and bequeath my said personal estate
and effects unto
and to the use of the said Florence Annie John William
Howard of No 7 St Albans Villas
Harlesden in the County of Middlesex and
Matthew Whitelock Bell of No 9 Bank Buildings
Wandsworth in the County of
Surry to hold the came upon the trusts following that is to
say
Upon trust to permit the said Florence Annie to receive the profits interest and
annual income arising from any investment or business during the remainder of
the life
of her the said Florence Annie and from and after her death Upon
trust to sell call in
collect and otherwise convert into money all my
personal estate and effects and to pay
and apply the Interest and annual
income thereof in the maintenance education and bene-
fit of my child
Frederick Arthur until he shall attain the age of twenty one years all
upon
further trust to pay my said child on his attaining the age of twenty one years
all
the said principal monies to hold to him absolutely and I give my said
wife power in
her sole absolute discretion to carry on the said business or
any other business in
which I may be engaged at my death or to sell the
same and invest the proceeds of such
sale alone or together With the rest
or any part of my estate and effects in the pur-
chase of any other
business for her to carry on and I hereby exonerate every trustee
under
this my Will from losses occurring without his or her wilful default and
authorise
him and her to retain and allow to his or her co trustee all
expenses incidental to the
Trusteeship under this my Will And I appoint my
said wife EXECUTOR of this my Will
